With Sims 2: Seasons coming out next week I thought Id make a Seasons-inspired neighborhood. Of course, you
dont have to have Seasons to play it, just that it was made with the advent of farms and fruit and vegetable
growing that S2Seasons will bring in mind.

The community is nestled between the mountains and the ocean. An island, connected by a bridge, sits in the inlet
near a sandy beachfront.

I created this neighborhood so both those who use the MTS2 Neighborhood Camera Mod and those who do not, can have
a good sized community. Although it would be to the players benefit to use the camera mod for this particular
neighborhood, it is not necessary. Even without the camera mod the bridge and most of the island can be seen and
played. Even some of the sandy beach can be used. But there is much more the small view does not see... the rich
fertile valley that is perfect for farmers and then there's even more beachfront property.

The photos show both large view (with camera mod) and small view (without the camera mod). The camera mod can be
found here: (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=97642) if you are interested. I have tested the
neighborhood both ways and either is equally playable.

Other than a few trees, the bridge and standard roads no other additions have been made. I have EP1 - 4 installed
but am not sure one would need them to use this neighborhood (Sorry, I cant test that theory though.) The
neighborhood was created with Sim City 4 Deluxe with the Rush Hour EP installed.

This neighborhood is being uploaded only to Insimenator.net and is not to appear on any other website, pay or free.
 Please honor that.

Four files included plus this .txt file:

TXS22307.sc4
TXS22307.png
22307SV.png
22307LV.png

Un-RAR files to a temp folder or your desktop. Move both files that start with TXS to your
Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4 Terrains subfolder.
The .SC4 File will appear in the "Choose A Neighborhood To Play/Create Custom Neighborhood" Menu as TXS22307.

Once you have incorporated the neighborhood into your game rename the applicable PNG file (22307SV.png if you
do not use the Neighborhood camera mod) (22307LV.png if you do use the Neighborhood camera mod) to match the
N00X_Neighborhood folder in your The Sims 2/Neighborhoods subfolder. (For example; if I were to add this
neighborhood to my game and call it Neucitte and Newcitte was the 4th neighborhood I had, the PNG file
would be renamed to "N004_Neighborhood.png" and dropped into the now-present N004_Neighborhood subfolder under
my The Sims 2/Neighborhoods folder.) If it doesn't matter to you if you have a picture with your imported
neighborhoods, then you don't have to rename and move the PNG file.

Thanks for downloading my neighborhood. I hope you enjoy my creation.
